Eleven Square, situated between the Johan Cruijff ArenA and Bijlmer ArenA station, will consist of four buildings designed by the internationally renowned architects of MVRDV. One of them will become the tallest residential tower in Amsterdam: a new landmark in the city's skyline.

The skyline of Amsterdam will only become more beautiful.
A central square will serve as the beating heart of Eleven Square, featuring an astonishing combination of A-brands, local influencers, health and sports facilities, new food and community concepts, offices and for-sale and rental homes.
Club Echo is the new hotspot for the coming years.
The already developed tunnel in the area serves as the entrance to a new parking garage. It has a temporary destination as a cultural hotspot, Club Echo. This provides a boost to the area; a temporary new place for nightlife culture in Amsterdam Zuidoost. For a period of 2 to 3 years, efforts are focused on creating a new, temporary and small-scale stage for music, dance, visual arts and debate in Zuidoost. It will have programming during the day, evening and night.
