Imagine is located on the border of Parkstad and Feyenoord City in Rotterdam. The sustainable apartment complex consists of two tall residential buildings connected at street level by a building with commercial and community functions. The light facade materials make Imagine a striking new residential icon on the Rotterdam skyline. The apartments overlook the green inner courtyard, the Maas River, the new Feyenoord City, and towards the city center. Imagine was designed by Barcode Architects. The living spaces of the owned homes range from 48 to 225m2, and the rental apartments from Vesteda range from 50 to 95 m2. Currently, 95 percent of the homes have been sold. Parking is available in the basement, where provision is also made for shared mobility. In the parking garage, 10 spots are reserved for Amber shared cars, and outside, six spots are available for shared cars.

The construction is carried out by the construction combination BAM Wonen and Heijmans Woningbouw. On Friday, October 13, Alderman Chantal Zeegers, accompanied by the involved partners (Development Combination Feyenoord City (OCFC), Building Combination Parkstad Zuid, Heijmans Woningbouw, and BAM Wonen, Area Development Foundation on the Maas (Stigam), and Vesteda, as well as all involved advisors, will perform the celebratory topping out ceremony.
