The aim of the program is to establish a new global standard for healthier and more resilient homes. The WELL for Residential program, based on the proven principles of the WELL Building Standard (WELL) and the ten WELL concepts, offers over a hundred strategies to create homes that prioritize the health, comfort, and well-being of residents. The new framework is designed for builders and developers, operators, architects and designers, and homeowners, and is applicable to both single-family homes and apartments.

Twenty-five pilot participants have committed to implementing WELL for Residential, totaling nearly 30,000 homes in both single-family homes and apartments. The projects are spread across ten countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, China, Japan, Australia, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, Spain, Montenegro and the Netherlands.

The WELL for Residential program aims to provide a solution to transform the global housing market and ensure that everyone, regardless of their background, has access to a home that improves their health and enables them to make healthier decisions. The development of the program has been informed by two years of input from the industry, market insights, and recommendations from globally renowned experts.

Hollandse Meesters in Amstelveen is a sustainable building in an artistic and refined design. The building consists of a base of six residential levels with two towers on top, one for the purchase homes and one for the rental homes.
