The final phase (Block F) comprises a beautiful architectural interplay of nine buildings, designed by Hilberink Bosch Architects and Mulleners + Mulleners Architects. The offer includes 42 owner-occupied apartments and 36 rental homes. In addition, 1775 m2 of commercial space will be realized in the plinth, an underground parking garage for the residents and a bicycle shed for the municipality of 's-Hertogenbosch for approximately 1000 bicycles. All owner-occupied apartments have at least one private parking space in the garage. Of the 42 apartments, 34 have been sold at the moment. The prices vary from € 399,000 to € 1,649,000 v.o.n. and the house areas from 64 m2 to 197 m2. The 36 rental homes with 18 parking spaces have been sold to housing corporation BrabantWonen.

Since 2017, the Gasthuiskwartier has been transformed from a hospital site into an inspiring living, shopping, working and leisure environment. A new lively part of the city centre of Den Bosch has been created for couples, singles and families who have found a nice home here and enjoy city life to the fullest. The district is car-free and the infrastructure and buildings of the district guarantee the sightlines to the old center with St. John's Cathedral. All houses and apartments in Gasthuiskwartier are energy-efficient, equipped with an air-water heat pump or similar system, triple glazing and partly also with solar panels. Some of the homes in the plan are also equipped with green roofs with sedum, which has a heat and sound insulation effect and also binds CO2 and particulate matter. In the summer, this has a cooling effect and prevents heat stress. Furthermore, some of the apartments in block F are equipped with sun blinds to prevent heating.

Alderman Pieter Paul Slikker of the municipality of 's-Hertogenbosch will perform the official act on Thursday 11 April during a festive meeting in the context of the start of construction.
